Terra Italian Steakhouse isn't just a restaurant; it's a venue for creating lasting memories. From intimate dinners to larger gatherings, our space is adaptable to various occasions. As an homage to the beloved Sam's Steakhouse that closed after a flood, Four Square Hospitality has spearheaded the opening of Terra, bringing their expertise, offering a taste of Vermont's finest produce and ingredients alongside Italian-inspired culinary creations. EXECUTIVE CHEF ISAC RICHARD
We are thrilled to have Isac Richard as our Executive Chef at Terra Italian Steakhouse. He draws inspiration from the name Terra, encompassing all things culinary that come from the earth, featuring the finest Italian fare and steaks in Vermont to deliver a unique and memorable dining experience.
Richard’ approach to food is simple. Let the quality of ingredients speak for themselves, follow the seasons and focus on flavor and taste. And most importantly, be a good steward of the land by utilizing the natural resources that surround us here in Vermont.
Executive Chef Isac has been at the forefront of cutting edge and local cuisine in Vermont, New Hampshire and Massachusetts for the past 15 years. Prior to joining Terra Italian Steakhouse, Isac worked under the stewardship of two top tier Executive Chef’s at the Masters at Augusta National and specifically, the Myopia Hunt Club and Tedesco Country Club, two of the top 10 country clubs in the country.
We are excited to have Chef Isac spearheading the opening of Terra, bringing his passion for food and creating a truly one-off-a-kind restaurant featuring steaks and chops, pastas and fish in concert with several local Vermont farms and purveyors as well as an incredible dessert menu coupled with an extensive, curated wine list and expansive bar featuring craft cocktails and cordials.
